Delivery Information

Kurokesu is shipping the products to all the countries around the world. If items are marked as in stock they get shipped in 1-4 working days after the purchase. If product is marked as "pre-prder" please contact first to get more information when it will be available.

Shipping

Currently Lithuanian Post Office (Lietuvos Pastas) is used as the main shipping courier in our online store. For your convenience we can ship via UPS courier.

Prices

All our prices are in EUR. Optionally you can select USD, prices will be calculated automatically according to current exchange rate.

Taxes

According to the applicable law, VAT SHALL BE APPLICABLE for:
  a) Lithuanian (corporate and consumer) customers
  b) Consumer customers from European Community

Also according the applicable law, VAT SHALL NOT BE APPLICABLE for:
  c) Customers (corporate and consumer) from outside the European Community
  d) Corporate customers from European Community countries (excluding Lithuania) that provide a valid European corporate VAT number.

Initially all product prices are indicated without taxes. In those orders where VAT shall be applicable, VAT will be added on Shopping Cart.

Please note that corporate customers from other European Community countries than Lithuania (situation d, above) shall provide a valid European VAT number on their orders to benefit VAT exemption. If not, they will be consider as European Community customers (situation b, above) and VAT will be applicable to their orders.

The VAT number validation will be done through VIES (VAT Information Exchange System) here.

Destination country customs taxes and handling fees

For non-EU countries and unless explicitly stated, destination country importation taxes and customs handling fees are not included in prices or delivery costs.

Those taxes and fees, when applicable, shall be presented by the delivery company and the customer is fully responsible for its payment.

Warranties

Money back Guarantee.

All KUROKESU products have a 15-day money back warranty. Within this period, KUROKESU will refund the total amount goods not including shipping fees. Items should be in original package and have no signs of use. Refund is not applicable to delivery and payment costs.
